TIM PAPI JOINS COLDWELL BANKER DISTINCTIVE PROPERTIES

Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties Welcomes Tim Papi, Realtor

Durango, CO (April 2, 2021) - Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties is excited to announce that Tim Papi, Realtor, is bringing his years of experience and expertise as a full-time independent sales associate to its Durango, Colorado office.

"We are thrilled to have Tim join our Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties team," says Heather Erb, Managing Director. “He provides first-class service to his clients, and we know that he will be a valued addition to the culture of our office.”

A well-known and trusted entrepreneur who previously owned a landscaping company for 13 years, Tim has nurtured connections and relationships with a vast number of local contractors and vendors in Durango.  Tim also has an extensive background in real estate and property management.  His legendary attention to detail is in a class of its own.

Tim is a Colorado native originally from the front range area. He discovered Durango in the spring of 1992 and continues to passionately serve and cherish the Durango community ever since, nearly 30 years later.

Tim and his wife, Jaime are truly happy to call Durango home and couldn’t imagine a better place to raise their two ambitious young boys. When Tim is not fishing, skiing, rafting, hiking, or biking with his family, he gives back to his community by volunteering as a leader with the Boy Scouts of America, assisting winter athletes with the Adaptive Sports Association, and believes whole heartily in supporting the Durango Food Bank.

Tim’s light-hearted positive attitude, serious work ethic, and expert knowledge of Durango will make your real estate transaction a rewarding experience. Whether buying, selling, investing, or simply curious about your current property’s value, Tim is happy to help!
