The Durango Area Association of Realtors (DAAR) has released the first quarter statistics and 2020 had a robust beginning.  Because March sales were so strong, up 25% over the same period in 2019, single-family sales for the first three months were up 10.6%.   The median price of a single-family home also climbed sharply in most segments. Third Quarter La Plata County Sales and a Cooling Market

Real estate statistics for La Plata County were just released by the Durango Area Association of Realtors and they signal a cooling market.  While residential sales numbers in La Plata County were up significantly in September of 2019 when compared to 2018, they remain flat when comparing year-to-date numbers.
